AREA (or Area NYC) was founded in New York in 2014 by Beckett Fogg and Piotrek Panszczyk. The label is named after the iconic 1980s New York nightclub and brings party-dressing glamour with a fresh editorial perspective. AREA’s signatures include crystal embellishment, faux fur trims, pyramid stud cup constructions, and lamé corsetry. The brand develops and produces its collections in its Milan atelier — combining American downtown attitude with Italian luxury craftsmanship.
